The Board of Directors consists of (11) members appointed by the General Assembly for a period not exceeding (3) years. Accordingly, the founders appointed the first board of directors for five years as of the date of the Minister's decision to establish the company on 27/7/2010.

 

The current session of the Board of Directors represents the third session of the Board, which began its work on 28/7/2018 with a period of three years, which ends on 27/7/2021.
